“Scouring the earth for great deals"
As many of you know, I traditionally assign a closing song to each transaction. Below are the songs from my assignment as Chief Investment Officer for American Hotel Income Properties REIT(AHIP), which included the acquisition of 72 hotels valued in excess of $1Billion. For the many of you who participated in these transactions and for my other friends and colleagues, I thought you would enjoy having this small piece of history - the closing songs, starting in chronological order.
I look forward to working with you again to jump-start acquisitions and dispositions programs, to grow or divest of portfolios, and to add to the list of Closing Songs.
Enjoy, “Housekeeping” “Dispo Dan”
